Hi, my name is Caitríona and I’m a qualified Psychotherapist. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can be heard without judgment. Once you do, we can begin a process together — a space of warmth and understanding, where we can explore challenges, reflect on patterns, and gently move toward new insights, balance, and ways of being that feel right for you.

I mainly work using Person-Centred Therapy, drawing also on existential, attachment, CBT, Solution-Focused, and Somatic approaches, tailoring my support to your unique needs. Together, we can explore difficulties such as anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and life transitions, helping you gain clarity and discover a way forward that truly resonates with you.

This is a private, one-to-one session held in a calm and supportive setting. Each 50-minute session gives you the space to explore what’s on your mind, talk through challenges, and work towards understanding, insight, and personal growth. We work collaboratively, using approaches that suit your needs. Sessions are held in a safe, confidential environment, allowing you to feel heard and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential. I follow professional ethical guidelines and legal requirements to protect your privacy. The only exceptions are very specific situations where safety is at risk, which I would always explain upfront. My aim is to provide a safe, trusting space where you can feel fully heard.

How often would I need to attend sessions?

We usually start with weekly sessions to help build a strong therapeutic relationship and create a consistent, supportive space. Once this foundation is established, we can discuss adjusting the frequency to suit your needs and goals, whether that means continuing weekly sessions or moving to fortnightly or another schedule that works best for you.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. I offer secure, private online sessions that provide the same supportive and confidential environment as in-person therapy. You can choose to work fully online, fully in-person, or a mixture of both, depending on what works best for you. Online therapy is convenient if travel, location, or schedule are a concern, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space while still maintaining continuity and support.
